Public Meeting - Houghton Lake - Lake Level Special Assessment Methodology

· Roscommon County is in the process of creating a special assessment methodology for parcels in the Houghton Lake – Lake Level Special Assessment District

· The special assessment methodology will be used to apportion costs related to maintaining Houghton Lake at its legally established level

· Your property is included within the special assessment district boundaries set by the Roscommon County Circuit Court and may be subject to an assessment

· The public is invited to attend a meeting where representatives for the lake level project will present information about the project and special assessment methodology and be available to answer questions.

· For those who cannot attend, a recorded webinar and additional information about the lake level project will be posted at www.roscommonlakelevels.net following the meeting
