Houghton Lake Special Assessment Methodology Public Meeting

On February 7, 2024, the board of commissioners held a meeting updating the public on the Houghton Lake assessment methodology.


Note: The estimated assessment duration has changed since the information was presented at the public meeting on February 7, 2024. The original presentation stated the assessment would be spread over 3 years. The below presentation has been revised to 4 years to reflect updates in the project timeline and to ensure the affordability of assessments.
